摘要
采用环氧树脂/聚乙二醇嵌段共聚物为乳化剂及相反转法制备了环氧树脂E-44水乳液,探讨了乳化剂用量对相反转点的影响,以及相反转搅拌速度对环氧树脂乳胶粒子粒径的影响。结果表明,随乳化剂用量的增加,相反转点变小;随搅拌速度的增加,乳液的平均粒径显著减小。探讨了丙烯酸酯类混合单体及聚合反应对环氧树脂乳胶粒的溶胀行为。结果表明,混合单体对环氧树脂乳胶粒子有溶胀作用,当单体与环氧树脂的质量比(Mm/MEP)达到0.8时,乳胶粒被胀破,但复合预乳液的稳定性并未下降;聚合后,环氧树脂乳胶粒的平均粒径进一步增大且分布变宽,当Mm/MEP达到0.6后,部分乳胶粒因粒径过大而发生沉降。
The epoxy/polyethylene glycol block copolymer used as emulsifier the aqueous epoxy emulsion was prepared by means of phase inversion technique.The effect of the amount of the emulsifier on the phase inversion point,and effect of the stirring speed on the mean diameters and distribution of particles were investigated.The results show that the phase inversion points decreased with increasing amounts of the emulsifier,and the mean diameters sharply decreased with increasing the stirring speed.The effects of the amount of the acrylate monomers and their polymerizing reaction on the swelling of the epoxy latex particles were also studied.The results show that the epoxy latex particles could be swelled by the monomers,and as the mass ratio of monomers with epoxy(Mm/MEP) was raised to 0.8,epoxy latex particles were bursted but the stability of the complex emulsion not decreased.After polymerizing the mean diameters of the epoxy latex particles further increased and the distribution of particles became wider.When Mm/MEP was raised to 0.6 parts of the epoxy latex particles settled because of bigger latex particles swelled.
