Luoxuan Municipal Road project is the main road that connecting east-west and south-north to Guangzhou International Bioisland,from the beginning of the project,the owner has proposed the construction objective of being an excellence producing of the project.The paper expounds the owner how to manage the construction of the project from the several aspects,especially in detailed construction drawings and fine construction management and so on.It also accumulates the experiences for similar projects construction.
