摘要
某机场酒店地下车库原设计采用预应力管桩基础,因场地存在土洞、溶洞等不良地质条件,基桩施工较困难,断桩率高。在对场地土洞加固处理后,基础形式改用筏板基础进行优化设计,使基础满足地基承载力要求,施工简便,经济效益良好。
The original design of the underground garage adopts prestressed-tube-pile foundation.The site exists clay hole and karst cave. Poor geological conditions cause high rate of pile broken and bring great difficulties to construction of piles.After reinforced treatment for the hole and cave,the foundation forms adopt raft foundation to the optimization designs.The optimization of foundation satisfied the requirements of the bearing capacity of foundation and make construction easily,which achieved good economic benefit.
