摘要
公共建筑相对于居住建筑来说是耗能大户,降低其能耗水平显得至关重要,文中结合广州市实际新建公共建筑,利用建筑能耗模拟软件对夏热冬暖地区公共建筑进行能耗模拟和优化分析,分析建筑围护结构的外墙保温、屋顶保温、外窗及遮阳等因素的变化对公共建筑节能率的影响程度,找到其中影响较大的因素,为既有建筑节能改造和节能设计提出建议。
Compared with the residential building,the public building consumed relatively large energy,so reducing the energy consumption level of public buildings is particularly important.An actual new public building is selected in Guangzhou,using the building energy simulation software BECS2012 to conduct the energy consumption analysis and optimization analysis of public building in the regions of being hot in summer and warm in winter.Respectively,four aspects that wall insulation,roof insulation,windows,and sun-shading are analyzed and studied,including these factor changes on the energy-saving rate of the public buildings and finding out the influential factors in energy consumption for existing buildings,providing crucial improvements directions for the existing public buildings and energy-efficient design recommendations.
