摘要
农村经济留用地是征地过程中为提高农民补偿标准的一种征地补偿安置方式,各地留用地开发在结合自身特点的情况下,得到了广泛的应用和推广。文中通过研究广东省中船配套基地一期农村经济留用地的开发方案,探讨留用地开发过程中的重要问题及相关处理方法。
The rural economy retained land is a way to increase farmer's acquisition compensation standards.Around the wide range application of the retained land exploitation,each application formed its own characteristics.This paper researches the rural economy retained land in Guangdong Provinces for the ship supporting base and explores important issues and related processing methods in the retained land development process.
