现浇混凝土多层支撑体系竖向位移分析与优化

摘要 针对广州珠江新城某项目,运用龄期调整有效模量法及时变结构离散分析法,考虑徐变及温度对现浇混凝土多层支撑体系竖向位移的影响;在ANSYS程序中,采用单元生死技术,建立符合施工全过程不同阶段的平衡体系,赋予结构在不同施工阶段的几何参数与材料特性,依次激活并求解各个平衡体系,获得结构施工各阶段多层支撑体系的竖向变形;计算结果与实测结果吻合较好,证明了研究方法的可行性,并利用该法对施工全过程进行了优化分析,结果表明优化方案安全可行。 By using the discrete analysis method of time-varying structures and the age-adjusted effective modulus method based on a project of Guangzhou Zhujiang New Town,the impact of creep and temperature on vertical displacement of multilayer bracing system in cast-in-place reinforced concrete structure is investigated.With the element birth and death capability of ANSYS,the whole construction process is divided into a series of stages,each of which has its own geometrical parameters and material behaviors.Each stage is activated in turn and solved,hence the vertical displacement of multilayer bracing system in cast-in-place reinforced concrete structure is obtained.The calculated results correlate well with the monitoring results.Moreover,the optimization of the whole construction process is also carried out by this method,and it is also proved that the optimization scheme is safe and feasible.
