摘要
外墙窗的传统防水方式单一,防水性能不理想。本文通过珠江新城T1～T5住宅项目工程实践,介绍在外墙窗窗台内侧制作简单的挡水带从而达到良好的防渗漏性能,并在施工过程中总结出一套综合的外墙窗防渗漏施工技术,供同行参考。
The exterior windows' traditional waterproof way was single,waterproof performance was not ideal.Through Zhu Jiang New Town T1 ～T5 residential project's practice,this paper introduces a set of comprehensive anti-seepage construction of exterior windows,by making a simply water-retaining strip inside windows so as to achieve good anti-leakage performance,for reference.
