摘要
近年小高层建筑在住宅开发项目中的应用越来越广,本文结合某小高层住宅建筑实例,通过对结构平面的合理布置并采用SATWE软件建立既满足结构合理受力,结构的各项设计参数又符合规定的计算模型,使结构的承载力、刚度、周期、位移和轴压比等各项结果指标均满足现行各项规范和技术规程的要求,并对该结构设计的全过程进行了详细介绍。
High-rise buildings are more and more widely used in a residential development projects in recent years.The text uses the software of SATWE which developed by CABR and designs the structure plane reasonable to build the model which satisfies the reasonable structure stress and each design parameter also accords with the standard.Each parameter of bearing capacity,rigidity,period,displacement and axial load ratio is satisfies with the current norms and technical specifications.The paper also introduces the structure design of the whole process in detail.
