摘要
某建筑总高度为306.7m,共67层,结构采用带伸臂桁架和腰桁架加强层的钢管混凝土柱型钢梁框架-钢筋混凝土核心筒混合结构体系,属于高度超限建筑,同时存在核心筒采用斜墙实现筒体收进等不规则项。采用基于性能的抗震设计方法,分析结果表明该结构体系各项相关参数满足规范要求,结构整体及各构件均可达到预期的抗震性能目标。
A total building height of 306.7m with total 67 layers and its main structure with outrigger trusses and waist truss strengthening layer steel pipe concrete pillar steel beam-reinforced concrete core wall hybrid structure system are highly overrun building.In the meanwhile,the structure exists a irregular items about the core barrel incorporated into the sloping wall to achieve cylinder.Performance-based seismic design method was used in this tower.The research shows that relevant parameters can meet regulatory requirements,and the seismic performance of whole structure and each structural member can reach the expected objective.
