摘要
珠江新城D3-7地块A1塔楼采用框架-核心筒体系,为体型不规则的B级高度建筑,A2塔楼采用框架-剪力墙体系。采用基于性能的抗震设计方法,通过分析验证了不同水准下结构的抗震性能,包括小震弹性计算,关键构件中震弹性设计,以及罕遇地震下的弹塑性时程分析,提出了相应的超限设计措施,使结构实现了预定的抗震性能目标。
Frame-core wall structure is adopted for A1 tower in Pearl River New Town D3-7,which is a B level high-rise building with irregular.Frame-shear wall structure and is adopted for A2 tower.Performance based seismic design is proposed.Structure performance is verified based on seismic behavior under different levels,including elastic analysis under frequent earthquake,elastic design of the key components under medium earthquake and inelastic dynamic time-history analysis under rare earthquake.Series of relevant measures of ultra-structure design are suggested and the performance objective of the structure can be well realized.
