地下连续墙导墙采用传统施工方法,其模板安装质量控制难度大,施工效率低,针对现有导墙模板工艺的不足,通过小龙门吊装架结合组合钢模板及丝杆千斤支撑相结合的方式,设计出一种新型的导墙轮式移动大型钢模系统,大幅提高了施工进度并降低施工成本,有效提高了生产管理水平。

The underground continuous wall guide wall uses the traditional construction method,the template installation quality control is difficult,construction efficiency is low.In view of the shortage of the current guide wall template technology,it designs a new type of guide wall wheeled mobile large steel mold system through the small dragon gate lifting frame with composite steel plate and screws one thousand jins combination of support,greatly improves the construction progress and reduces the construction cost.It also improves the production management level.
