Research on Improvement of Method of Participating in the Administration and Discussion of State Affairs

面向21世纪,中国共产党提出了"科学执政、民主执政、依法执政"的思想。为适应中共执政方式新变化,各参政党也要不断转变和完善参政议政方式,以实现"科学参政、民主参政和依法参政"。

The Communist Party of China put forward the idea of 'scientific, democratic and law-based governance' in the 21st century. To adapt to the new ruling way of the CPC, the participating parties also need to constantly change and improve way of participation in the deliberation and administration of state affairs to achieve scientific, democratic and law-based political participation.
