我国目前正在积极推进"社会主义新农村建设",各地也都在探索改善旧有村容村貌的有效方法.在大规模开发县级城镇居住区住宅的同时,为了解决日益紧张的停车问题,经过我们与建设单位多次深入调研、实地调查和反复论证,决定利用小区住宅之间的大规模集中空间进行砌体结构地下车库开发建设,即外围挡土墙为钢筋混凝土墙,内部为烧结实心页岩砖墙,切合县级城镇居住区现实情况和居民的生活习惯,极大的满足了县级城镇居民的经济条件和心理需求,同时砌体结构形式便于就地取材,节省造价,便于在现阶段的县级城镇居民小区广泛推广.

With the development of China,rural areas are seeking to solve the parking problem.Through in-depth investigation,field investigation and repeated arguments,We deisde to use the lange-scale space of the residential areas to build underground garages by masonry structure.It suits the actual condition and living habits of the residents.It will also meet the economic and psychological needs of residerds.It can use local resoures,meanwhile,save cost.What’s more,it’s easier to be applied and popularized at the present stage of the county-level urban residential areas.
