摘要
暖风机是一种通过燃烧轻柴油或煤油,加热空气送热风的取暖设备.我们有必要设计先进的暖风机控制系统以使燃烧器达到节能环保的目的.暖风机控制系统的硬件部分由上位机和下位机及其外围电路组成.上位机采用PC机,通过使用MSComm控件与下位机间实现通信,并对暖风机系统的状态进行监控;下位机以PIC单片机为核心及其外围电路实现对温度的检测、显示和实时控制.系统软件设计时,根据操作人员以对被控系统的控制经验和专家的知识为依据设计出控制器,采用模糊控制算法,实现对系统的快速并且稳定的控制.
The warm air heater is a kind of heating equipment which burns light diesel oil or natural gas to provide warm air.We need to design the advanced heater control system to make the burner to energy conservation and environmental protection.Hardware of the automatic control system is composed of PC and single-chip computer PIC16F876 and periphery circuit.The unified management of the warm air heater is realized by PC called hypogyny computer through the communication with the hypogyny computer.PIC16F876 and periphery circuit realize the function of temperature measurement,displaying and real time controlling of the warm air heater environment parameters.The controlier is designed according to operators’system control experience and experts’ knowledge.The fuzzy control algorithm is adopted to realize the quick and stable system control.
