摘要 介绍了电子束在磁偏扫过程中几个关键参数的计算.详细描述了一种偏转线圈的绕制方法—余弦法则.并利用该法则具体绕制了功率为60kW、加速电压为20kV电子束轰击炉电子枪磁偏扫系统的偏转线圈. The calculation of some key parameters produced by electron-beam in the process of magnetic deflection scanning are introduced in paper.Cosine principle that is a circled method of the deflection coil is described in detail.The deflection coils of magnetic deflection scanning system in the electron gun in electron-beam bombardment furnace with 60 kW power and 20kV accelerating voltage are circled again according to cosine principle.
