摘要
电梯是城市住宅建筑的运输设备,由于其自身的复杂控制与运输系统,一旦发生运行故障就会影响到整个住宅建筑的居住与使用性能,因此对电梯进行定期维修与保养具有重要意义.以此展开探讨电梯的维修保养问题.
As a type of vertical transport equipment of the residential building,elevator has the complicated control and running systems,which could cause the malfunction result in influencing the efficiency or using of the building.So the periodic maintenance has important significance by avoiding malfunction from occurrence.The following aspects are the main work on elevator maintenance in the thesis.
