肉桂醛选择性加氢制肉桂醇

Preparation of cinnamyl alcohol by selective hydrogenation of cinnamaldehyde

摘要 研究了金属改性的Co-M-B非晶态合金催化剂上的肉桂醛选择加氢反应,结果表明,与Au、La和Fe相比,助剂Ru改性的催化剂具有较高的活性和选择性。考察了Ru的掺杂量、反应温度、反应压力和反应时间对肉桂醛转化率和肉桂醇选择性的影响,在Ru掺杂量为1%、反应温度383K、反应压力1.5MPa、反应时间2h的条件下,肉桂醇收率可达89.9%。 The modification function of metal on amorphous alloy Co-M-B catalysts for selective hydrongenation of cinnamaldehyde(CMA)to cinnamylalcohol(CMO) was studied.Compared with Au、La and Fe,Co-Ru-B catalysts exhibited higher activity and selectivity.Additionally,effects of Ru-loading,reaction temperature,hydrogen pressure and reaction time on properties of the catalysts were investigated.CMO yield was 89.9% under the optimum conditions of Ru-loading 1%,reaction temperature 383 K,hydrogen pressure 1.5MPa,and reaction time 2 h.
