摘要
本文以丙烯酸(AA)、对苯乙烯磺酸钠(SP)、梳性亲水长链单体(L)为原料,过硫酸铵为引发剂,合成一种新型油井水泥减阻剂YK-1,设计正交实验,结果表明最佳合成条件是:丙烯酸(AA):对苯乙烯磺酸钠(SP):长链单体(L)为0.6:1.6︰0.1,反应温度为70℃,pH值为5,具有良好的分散减阻效果。讨论了YK-1加量对水泥浆流变参数的影响,并研究了YK-1对水泥浆抗温、抗盐性和水泥石强度的影响,以及与降失水剂的配伍性。
In this paper,Acrylic acid(AA),Sodium p-styrenesulfonate(SP) and bydrophilic long-chain(L)as raw materials,ammonium persulphate as initiator,was synthesized by a oil well cement YK-1 and evaluated the performance of the YK-1.The optimum synthetic conditions are determined as follows:the substance mass ratio of AA to SP to L is 0.6:1.6:0.1;reaction temperature is 70,;reaction pH is 5,on the condition of which the dispersion efficiency perform well.And to study the impact of YK-1 on the slurry temperature resistance,salt resistance,cement strength and the compatibility with filtrate loss reduction additive.
