摘要
本文采用高效液相色谱分析,得到苯醚甲环唑废液中的有机化合物的种类及含量。依据废液各组分的极性差异,可以利用层析色谱柱对废液进行梯度洗脱达到分离。
This paper use high performance liquid chromatography to analysis the organic compounds' types and contents.According to the polarity differences of the various components of the wastes,chromatography column is used by gradient elution to achieve separation.
