摘要
传统教育的弊端在于忽视学生个性化的发展规律以及学习者的学习需求。ESP教师,要力图使教学设计具有针对性和实用性,突出学习者在教学过程中的主体地位,培养学生在目标情境(专业领域)中的语言运用能力,使每个学习者在专业和语言两方面得到充分的发展。
The drawbacks of traditional education are to ignore the law of student's individualization development and the learner's studying needs.ESP teachers should try to make clear and practical teaching design,highlight the dominant position of the learner in the process of teaching,and train students' language practical ability in the target situation(areas of expertise),so that each learner gained full development in their specialty and language.
