摘要
本文对睡虎地秦墓竹简法律文书简文中"独治""公心""辨治""请""柀"词语和"有工者勿为正。叚(假)试即正""除吏、尉"及"毋穷穷,毋岑岑,毋衰衰"句子提出了不同于整理小组的解读意见,以助秦法制研究。
This paper proposes several new annotations on the legal documents of Bamboo Strip Manuscripts from Qin Tombs of Shuihudi Site,including five words,'独治''公心''辨治''请''柀',and three sentences,'有工者勿为正.叚(假)试即正','除吏、尉',and '毋穷穷,毋岑岑,毋衰衰',which are helpful to understand the legal system of the Qin Dynasty.
