轧辊堆焊具有成本低、效果好等优点而被国内外广泛采用,研发优质、高效、低耗、灵活、清洁的先进堆焊技术,是中国轧辊堆焊的必然趋势。从轧辊失效原因、堆焊的材料和工艺3个方面分析了中国轧辊堆焊的现状。
The roll surfacing is widely applied both home and abroad for its low cost and good effect.So it is a kind of inexorable trend to research and develop more advanced technology with cost-effectiveness,flexibility and cleanliness.The current domestic situation of roll surfacing is discussed from roll failure reasons,welding materials and technology.
