摘要
莱钢4号宽厚板连铸机控制系统由于设计缺陷,已不能适应现场工艺及设备的要求。通过优化切割定尺系统,增加涂料喷号机,结晶器振动控制系统升级,现场设备适应性改造,完善大包称重系统等措施,提高了铸机整体的控制能力和水平,实现了连铸铸机整体的高度自动化控制,提高了产品的质量及产能。
Because of design defects, the control system of Laiwu Iron and Steel Group No.4 Slab Continuous Casting Machine cannot meet the requirements of field process and equipments. By means of optimizing the cutting length system, increasing paint spraying machine system, improving the mold oscillator control system, adaptable improving site requirements, perfecting ladle weighing system, the slab continuous casting machine overall control ability and level are greatly improved, the overall high level of automation control is realized, and product quality and yield are improved.
