摘要
以150mm×150mm GCr15小方坯的试验数据为依据,分析了结晶器电磁搅拌电流参数和连铸工艺参数对连铸坯中心碳偏析以及低倍组织的影响。
The influence of electric current parameters of mould EMS and process parameters of CCM on center carbon segregation and macro-structure of billet is analyzed based on the test data of 150mm×150mm GCr15 billet, and it is concluded that proper electric current of mould EMS can improve the center carbon segregation.
