医疗伦理过失认定标准之案例研究

Research on the Case About Recognized Standard in Medical Ethics Negligence

医疗纠纷频繁发生是构建和谐医患关系的最大障碍。事实上,绝大多数纠纷发生的主要原因,不是医务人员的技术性过失,而是医务人员忽视患者权利造成的。本文以一起侵犯患者知情权的典型个案为例,对医疗伦理过失认定标准进行探讨,旨在提高医务人员对患者权利的尊重意识,减少医疗纠纷的发生,从而最大限度地保护医患双方的合法权益。

There is the biggest obstacle to build a harmonious doctor-patient relationship,which is frequent occurrence of medical disputes.In fact,the majority of disputes were not caused by technical of the medical staff,but the rights of patients are ignored by medical staff.This thesis,taking a typical case of violation of patients' informed right as an example,analyzes that case in order to promote medical staffs respects to the rights of patients,reduce medical disputes,and protect doctor-patient legitimate rights maximally.
