On the Improvement of Talent Training Quality in Medical Universities

全国医学教育改革工作会议对推动医学教育综合改革做出了整体设计,明确了改革的目标思路,对提高医学人才培养质量起到了重要的促进作用。对会议内容进行解读,就当前医学人才培养方面存在的问题进行分析,提出提高医学人才培养质量的措施,有助于推动高等医学院校学习贯彻会议精神,从而促进高等医学教育的和谐发展。

The national conference of medical education reform made an overall design and systematic deployment to promote the comprehensive education reform in medicine and made the goals and thoughts clear.Therefore,it played an important role in deepening the reform of higher medical education in our country and improving the talent training quality.By making study of the conference,the author analyzed the existing problems in medical talent training and explored the measurements to improve the talent training quality in hope of pushing forward the study and implement of the conference spirit to advance the scientific and harmonious development of higher medical education.
