摘要
目的:研究案例式教学法在临床医学定向生生物化学教学中的教学效果。方法:以2010级临床定向医学生和2010级临床医学生(一个理论班90人)为研究对象,两个年级分别进行案例式教学和传统教学,以期末考试成绩和问卷调查进行教学效果评价。结果:相同教学内容,案例式教学期末考试成绩优于传统教学(P<0.05);问卷调查显示,案例式教学法有利于培养自学能力,提高学习效率。结论:案例式教学法的总体教学效果优于传统教学法。
objective:to study the effect of the case-centered teaching method applied in biological chemistry teaching.Methods: clinical medicine oriented students and clinical medical students in grade 2010(a theory class 90 people)as the research object,compared the two grade cases and the traditional teaching respectively,with the final exam and questionnaire survey to evaluate the effect of teaching.Results:For the same teaching content,the final exam of case teaching style is superior to the traditional teaching(P<0.05);the questionnaire showed that the case teaching method can make students learn actively,cultivate self-study ability and improve the learning efficiency.Conclusion:the case teaching effect is superior to the traditional teaching method.
