Necessity and Effective Way to Strengthen College Students' Ideological and Moral Cultivation

近年来,大学生违法犯罪案件频繁发生,映射了大学生在道德方面的缺失,也从侧面反映出高校法制教育的实效性不足。从大学生违法犯罪的真实案例入手,探究法制视野下加强大学生思想道德修养的必要性,并从社会、学校、家庭和大学生自身四方面提出加强大学生思想道德修养的有效途径,强调通过培养和确立大学生法制观念来提高大学生思想道德修养,从而实现其全面发展。

In recent years,the frequent college students' criminal cases reflect the students' lacking of morality and the shortage effectiveness of the university legal education.This article,from the university students' illegal criminal cases,explored the necessity to enhance students' ideological and moral cultivation,and the effective ways from society,school,family and the students themselves to strengthen their moral culture.This paper also emphasized that we can improve college students' moral culture through the cultivation and establishment of the legal concept,which can realize their all-round development.
