摘要
大学英语教师知识的多少、种类、层次,以及排列组合方式都会影响其专业健康发展。在分析国外关于教师知识结构(包括一般教师知识结构和外语教师知识结构)划分特点基础上,探究国内有关大学英语教师的知识结构的划分的特点和局限性,很有现实意义。从体现知识更新的快慢和互动角度,提出大学英语教师特有的知识结构新框架:静态,动态,触发机制知识。
The amount,type,stratification,as well as combination and arrangement of college English teachers' knowledge are crucial for their professional development.Based on the major classifications of teachers' knowledge structure including the general one and the foreign language teachers' one,home and abroad,this paper revealed the characteristics and limitations of the classification of college English teachers' knowledge.In light of those limitations,a new classification of college English teachers' special knowledge is proposed.
