City Management: The Sustainable Developing Way of Developing Zones

本文通过对各类开发区发展现状的分析 ,阐述了开发区在产业结构、空间结构和社会形态上所反映出来的城市特征 ;在进一步分析新形势下开发区发展所面临的诸多困境之后 ,提出了经营城市是开发区可持续发展的重要途径的观点 ,并论述了开发区实施城市经营的主要内容。

Through the analysis of the present status of different developing zones, this thesis expounds the urban style of various developing zones. Then the predicaments that developing zones confronted with in the new social-economic condition are further analyzed, the viewpoint that city management is the important way for developing zones' sustainable development has been given, and the main contents of city management for developing zones have also been described.
