浅析研究生教育中实施导师组制的必要性

Brief Analysis of Necessity to Implement the Tutor Group System in the Graduate Education

随着我国高校扩招政策的推进以及规模的不断扩大,我国高校在校生人数持续走高,但与之相配套的师资力量增长缓慢,难以满足高等教育尤其是以研究生教育为主体的高层次人才培养的需要。导师组制作为一种教育方法和制度,有利于高校师生比例失调矛盾的缓解及高层次人才培养质量的提升。因此,各相关人员要进一步加强对导师组制的研究和探索,扬长避短,充分发挥导师组制在我国研究生人才培养中的作用和影响。

With the continuous development of college enrollment policy and college constant expansion,the number of students in our colleges and universities continues to rise.However,compared with the slow growth of teachers,it is difficult to meet the higher education,particularly in main high-level personnel training' needs.Tutor group,as a method and system of education,which is of help to relieve the conflict of teacher-student ratio imbalance and to enhance the quality of personnel training.Therefore,all relevant personnel should further strengthen the research and exploration to the tutor group system,making tutor group system's role and influence fully play in our country's graduate training system.
