On Mencius' Predicament of Political Stand from the Perspective of Human Nature

人性善是孟子政治设计的观念前提,其对民、君、臣角色的定位体现了对个人道德的自信,高扬了理想主义精神,但却形成了其政治设计的现实困境。

Being good by nature was a prerequisite for the political stand of Mencius.The way he ranked the folks,the Monarch,and the ministers embodied his confidence in individual morals,held high the idealism,however,put him into a predicament of the practicability of his political stand.
