During each unit's study,the vocational college students are facing obstacles to understand the texts,for the lack of the related-knowledge points.To solve the understanding problem,in this article,it gives several ways in teaching the related-knowledge,and builds a solid foundation for the normal teaching procedure.Setting Practical English(Comprehensive Course) Book One as an example,it begins with a chart of all the related-knowledge points,and then proceeds to the introduction of teaching methods.The variety of methods will stimulate the students' enthusiasm,keep their positive attitude,and create a harmonious environment of studying and teaching.
