教育技术能力是信息时代教师所必须具备的专业素质之一,其水平高低将严重制约教育信息化的发展进程。本文从绥化市中学教师教育技术能力的现状调查入手,尝试提出了提升绥化市中学教师教育技术能力的有效途径。

Educational technology ability is one of the professional qualities of teachers in information age.The level will severely restrict the development of educational informationization.The author is trying to explore the ways of improving teachers' educational technology ability,based on the investigation of the middle school of Suihua.
