抗日战争前后中国共产党对党权的解构及党权概念的提出

党权一词的使用始于第一次国共合作时期,中国共产党在此后的政党建设中也多从此次合作中吸取经验和教训,对党权在国家权力体系中的重要性有了新的认识,并在抗日战争期间提出一系列关于党权的观点。在当今社会,政党政治的发展也不断延展着政党党权的内涵和外延,因此,有必要从现代政治学的角度解读中国共产党党权的特性,并且要紧密结合历史,重新解构党权在新时代的新含义。

The party entitled the term——party right for the first time in the first cooperation period between the KMT and the Chinese Communist Party.In the later party construction,the party also learned much experience and important lessons,re-realizing the importance of party power in the national power system.In the period of Anti-Japanese,the CCP put forward a series of opinions about party rights.In modern times,the development of the party politics also continues to extend the connotation and extension of the party right.Therefore,it is necessary to have a good understanding of the character of the party power of the CCP from the perspective of the modern political science.Combined with history,we should deconstruct its new meaning in the new era.
