摘要
高职院校教师作为我国高等教育群体的一个重要组成部分,其心理健康状况值得关注。本文采用调查问卷方法,对省内两所高职院校81名教师进行调查研究。结果发现,82.71%的教师感到心理压力较大,压力主要来自于各种考核、职称评定等,教师多采用直接集中资源行动和工具性社会支持的积极应对方式,在压力面前教师的积极自我调适与心理健康状况和幸福指数呈直接的正相关。
The teachers of vocational college are an important part of our country's higher education.It's worthwhile paying close attention to their mental health.Based on the questionnaire,the paper makes a survey of 81 teachers from two vocational colleges of Jiangsu Province.The results show that 82.71% teachers feel great psychological pressure.Pressure mainly comes from the various assessments,title assess etc.Teachers mainly see the pressure actively and take action by using direct resources and social support.Teachers' positive self-adaptation and mental health is proportional to their happiness under pressure.
