摘要
为提高多纸路印刷时16开印品的折页精度,通过分析现有16开紧纸辊及其调节机构,找出影响书刊印品折页精度超差的原因。结合16开紧纸辊的工作要求,通过改进紧纸辊的调节结构,可根据要求能同时调整两根紧纸辊,进一步提高多纸路印刷时印品的折页精度。经过样机的对比试验表明,该套机构不仅可以提高印品的折页精度,而且具有调节方便的特点。
To improve the accuracy of quarter printing in multi-webs' printed, by analyzing the existing nipping rollers of quarter folder, finding out the reasons which decrease the accuracy of quarter printing. By improving the adjusting mechanical according to the work requirements of nipping rollers, and the both of the two nipping rollers of mechanism are moveable and adjustable at the same time. Comparing with the old one, the experiment shows that the new structure possesses the properties of high quarter folding accuracy and easy adjustment.
