摘要
对单元串联型高压变频器拓扑结构进行研究。通过功率单元及控制系统的设计,开发了容量为200kW的3kV、高压变频器。经测试,该单元串联型高压变频器样机具有节能效率高、低谐波污染等优势。模块的设计也为系统带来了更高的可靠性。
It is studied the topology of the unit cascaded high-voltage inverter, design the power unit and control system. Based on these, a 3kV high voltage inverter with capacity of 200kw is developed. The test shows that the prototype has the advantages of high energy saving rate and low harmonic pollution, etc. Modular design provides higher reliability for systems.
