摘要
目的建立硝苯地平原料中2种有机溶剂的测定方法。方法采用气相色谱法。高分子多孔小球不锈钢填充柱(2.0m×2.0mm),载气为氮气,FID为检测器,柱温为125℃,进样口温度为175℃,检测器温度:200℃,测定了硝苯地平原料中甲醇、乙醇的残留量。结果 2种有机溶剂均能得到有效分离,在所考察的质量浓度范围内线性关系良好,r均大于0.999,平均回收率为99%~102%。结论该方法灵敏、准确,可用于硝苯地平中有机溶剂的检测。
Objective To establish a method for determination of two residual solvents in nifedipine.Methods Gas chromatography was used with 401 column(2.0 m×2.0 mm),FID detector,carrier gas:N2.The column temperature was 125 ℃,inlets temperature 175 ℃ and detector temperature 200 ℃.Result Two residual solvents were completely separated and there were good linear relationship(r>0.999).The average recovery rate was in the range of 99%-102%.Conclusion The methods were proved to be accurate and sensitive,and can be used for the detection of residual solvents in nifedipine.
