不同质量浓度医用臭氧对兔骨骼肌损伤的病理学研究 被引量:8

摘要 目的观察不同质量浓度医用臭氧(O3)局部注射后,在不同时期对实验兔骨骼肌组织病理学的影响,以评估医用臭氧对骨骼肌纤维的毒性。方法 68只实验兔随机分为5组:分别为空白对照组、臭氧注射Ⅰ组(20μg.mL-1)、Ⅱ组(50μg.mL-1)、Ⅲ组(80μg.mL-1)以及纯氧注射Ⅳ组。结果与空白对照组比较,光镜下显示:Ⅰ和Ⅱ组2h肌细胞轻度损伤;Ⅲ组2h肌组织弥漫性坏死。Ⅰ,Ⅱ和Ⅲ组4周出现明显的组织损伤的修复反应。结论不同质量浓度医用臭氧肌肉注射后会对肌细胞产生损害,且随注射质量浓度增加而增加。以50μg.mL-1的臭氧肌肉注射安全,80μg.mL-1的臭氧肌肉注射组织损伤较重,应慎用。 Objective To evaluate the pathological changes of skeletal muscle in normal rabbit by different concentrations of Ozone Injection.Methods 68 rabbits were randomly divided into 5 groups.The O2-O3 mixed gas 5 mL was injected into one leg skeletal muscle respectively with the concentration of 20,50 and 80 μg·mL-1 in each group.O2 gas 5 mL was injected into one leg skeletal muscle.Biopsy was performed and analyzed after 2 h and 4 weeks with the light microscope.Results Compared to the control group,experiment groups showed myocyte swelling,muscle interspace narrow or unclear,myocyte's bouncary unclear,transverse striation disorder,and myocyte necrosis.Inflammation cells infiltrated in muscle interspace and blood vessel based on myocyte necrosis and dissolved in the injection point after 2 h.Myocyte atrophy was obvious,and hyalinization could be partly seen in the injection point after 4 weeks.Conclusions Myocyte damage occurs after injection of differents concentrations of ozone 50 μg·mL-1 concentrations of Ozone Injection is considered safe and effective while ozone concentrations of 80 μg·mL-1 had severe muscle damage.
