Research on HR Integration of Fossil-fired Power Plants Merged from Coal plants

煤炭价格居高不下,部分火电企业仍面临经营困难,煤炭企业整合重组火电企业将变得可行。在实施煤炭企业兼并重组火电企业过程中,人力资源整合显得尤为重要。文章通过对人力资源整合应遵循的原则进行阐述,提出了兼并重组过程中可能遇到的问题,并提出相应的解决对策。

With some fossil-fired power plants were stuck by the higher coal price,it is much urgent to combine with coal plants for fossil-fire power plants.Human resource management will play an important role during the combination.Some basic principle how to make the HR combination more easily were discussed,and some solution were proposed.
