Research Progress of DREB Gene in Plant

DREB转录因子在植物的非生物逆境胁迫(干旱、低温、高盐)中起着举足轻重的作用。综述了植物DREB基因的结构、功能及其克隆,并对DREB基因在植物抗逆基因工程方面的应用及其将来的研究方向做了预测和展望。

DREB gene is a kind of important transcription factor family and plays very critical role in abiotic stress (the drought, low-temperature and high-salt stresses) of plants. In this paper. The structure distribution as well as function of DREB gene were reviewed. The paper provide a brief perspective for the future research and application in gene engineering of plant stress-resistance. structural character , cloning and expression regulations as well as advances in gene engineering.
