摘要
在对云南农民消费及维权调查结果进行分析的基础上,从信息不对称视野中农民消费者权益的保护、农民消费者权益经济法保护的制度优势、农民消费外部性的经济法规制几个方面,用法经济学分析了经济法制度保护农民消费者权益的价值,提出了相关规范的完善措施。
The paper investigated farmer consumers in Yunnan province and their consumer rights protecting experiences,studied the legal protection of farmer consumer's rights in the context of a wide information asymmetry,the institutional advantages for the protection of farmer's consumer rights,and the law and economic externalities around farmer's consumption,before it analyzed the value of legal economic protection of farmer's consumer rights and the normalizing of relationships in consumption through a perfected system of economic laws.
