提高党的组织建设科学化水平研究

Improving Scientific Level of Organization Construction of the Communist Party of China

党的组织建设作为党的建设的重要内容,是实现党的领导的组织保证。文章从提高党的组织建设科学化的历史沿革和现实依据入手,提出当前制约和影响提高党的组织建设科学化水平的主要因素包括体制机制、思想观念、改革创新、社会环境、资源保障等。实现党的组织建设科学化,要准确把握和自觉运用马克思主义执政党建设规律,在以先进的思想理念指导党的建设、以科学合理的工作制度保障党的建设、以科学有效的方式方法推进党的建设上不断取得切实成效。

As an important part of the party's building,party's organization construction is the organizational guarantee to realize of the party's leadership.This article focuses on the scientific history and realistic basis of the party's organizational construction,and attempt to regard the system and mechanism,ideas,reform and innovation,social environment,resources security as the main factors which restrict and influence scientific level of the party organization construction.In order to realize the party's scientific organizational construction,we should acquire an accurate understanding and consciously apply the construction law of Marxist ruling party's,successive results achieved into guiding the construction of the party with advanced ideas,ensuring the construction of the party with scientific system as well as advancing the construction of the party with scientific methods.
