提高高校旅游专业学生实地导游讲解能力途径探析——以普陀山风景区为例

On the Methods of Improving the Tourism Major Students' Ability of Guide Spot Presentation on Scenic Areas——A Case Study of Mount Putuo's Scenic Areas

导游讲解能力是高校旅游专业学生各项专业技能中最基础和最核心的技能。导游讲解是导游语言中最能体现职业特点和专业水平的表达方式。优秀的景区实地导游讲解,能够提升旅游目的地的形象魅力和感召力,为当地取得良好的社会效益和经济效益。针对旅游专业学生普遍存在的缺乏互动性、创新性等问题,需从训练学生加深对景区的了解,升华对景点的介绍,运用虚实结合的讲解方法和训练灵活机动的反应能力四个方面探讨提高旅游专业学生实地导游讲解能力。

The ability of guide presentation is the most basic and core skill in various skills of tourism major students.Guide presentation is an expressive way that best embodies the occupation characteristics and professional level in guide languages.Excellent guide presentations on a scenic area can promote the image and taste of the tourist destination and enhance its inspiring capacity,thus increase the local social and economic benefits.Illustrated by the case of Mount Putuo's scenic areas,this paper discusses the methods of improving the tourism major students' ability of spot guide presentation from four aspects.
