摘要
新刑法修正案以前所未有的波及力对整个社会生活特别是对监狱刑罚执行活动形成了巨大冲击,面对新刑法修正案的激进,监狱行刑活动在面临前所未见的思想层面与物态层面的新情况新问题时,应当在不断适应刑法修正案新要求的同时,努力创新监狱管理,从理念到手段、方法以及具体运作等方面,不断寻求适应刑法激进的新举措。
The new criminal law amendment has an unprecedented impact on the whole society,especially on the law enforcement of prison penalty.Faced with the radicalness of new criminal law amendment,the prison execution activity will meet new conditions and new problems that have never seen before on ideology level and state level.Therefore,the prison execution activity shall continually adapt to the new requirements of criminal law amendment and spare no efforts to innovate prison management from the aspects of concept,means,method and operation.
