高职院校教师课程开发者角色探析

Analysis on Higher Vocational Teachers as Curriculum Developers

摘要 当前,在缺少高等职业教育国家课程开发机制和课程开发中介机构的背景下,教师成为课程开发的中坚力量。高职院校教师参与课程开发不仅有利于其知识结构的完善,提高课程实施能力、专业实践能力,而且有利于提高其合作能力。要成为一名合格的课程开发者,需要教师良好的角色认知和角色实践,更需要教师培训制度、激励机制和校企合作机制等加以保障。 Teachers of higher vocational education become the backbone of curriculum development under the conditions that it’s short of the national curriculum development mechanism and the curriculum development intermediary agencies.Teachers of higher vocational education participate in the curriculum development,which not only can be conducive to perfect the knowledge structure,improve the abilities of course implementation and professional practice;meanwhile,im proving its abilities to cooperate is also included.To ensure the high quality of curriculum development of higher vocation al education,it is not only requires teachers to have right role cognition and role practice,but also needs more exterior safeguard mechanism,such as teacher-training system,incentive mechanism and the cooperation between colleges.
