回、汉族癫痫患者血清、脑脊液中P-糖蛋白表达与癫痫耐药的相关性研究 被引量:12

Relationship of P-glycoprotein expression of serum and cerebrospinal fluid and epilepsy drug-resistance in Hui and Han People with epilepsy

摘要 目的研究回、汉族癫痫患者血清、脑脊液中P-糖蛋白(P-gp)表达与癫痫耐药之间的关系。方法选取187例符合标准的癫痫患者,其中回族敏感患者28例、回族耐药患者31例;汉族敏感患者59例、汉族耐药患者69例。采用ELISA法测定癫痫患者血清和脑脊液中P-gp浓度。结果敏感组癫痫患者脑脊液、血清中P-gp浓度,以及二者的比值均低于耐药组,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。回族和汉族癫痫患者脑脊液中P-gp浓度、以及脑脊液与血清中P-gp浓度比值比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但是二者血清中P-gp浓度比较,具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论癫痫患者血清和脑脊液中P-gp过表达与癫痫耐药密切相关。 Objective To research P-glycoprotein(P-gp) expression of serum and cerebrospinal fluid in Hui and Han people with epilepsy,and to explore the relationship between P-gp expression and epilepsy drug-resistance.Methods 187 cases of epilepsy patients were selected,including 28 cases of Hui sensitive patients and 31 cases of drug resistance patients,59 cases of Han sensitive patients and 69 cases of drug resistance patients.ELISA method was adopted to measure the concentration of P-gp in serum and cerebrospinal fluid.Results Compared with patients in drug resistance groups,P-gp concentration of cerebrospinal fluid and serum,were decreased,as well as the ratio of sensitive group,and the discrepancy were statistically significant(P<0.05).The comparison between epilepsy P-gp concentration in cerebrospinal fluid and the ratio of P-gp concentration of cerebrospinal fluid and serum in Hui and Han people was not statistically significant different(P>0.05),but the comparison between both of the serum P-gp concentration was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Serum and cerebrospinal fluid in drug-resistant epilepsy patients showed excessive expression of P-gp.It is closely related with epilepsy drug-resistant.
