摘要
舞蹈症是局限于肢体及面部迅速、不规则、不自主的舞蹈样动作,可由脑血管病、代谢性疾病、肿瘤、神经变性疾病、免疫性疾病、毒物及遗传性疾病引起,临床上比较少见。现总结3例非酮症高血糖性舞蹈症的临床资料,并结合相关文献对其临床表现、发病机制、影像学特点及治疗效果等进行分析讨论。
