抗NMDA受体脑炎新进展 被引量：18

摘要 边缘叶脑炎(limbic encephalitis,LE)是一种进展迅速的以精神异常、痫性发作、睡眠障碍、幻觉和短时记忆丧失为主要表现的副肿瘤综合征[1]。长期以来人们认为LE通常与恶性肿瘤相关。LE患者由于疾病早期的行为和情绪异常最初常就诊于精神科医生。文献报道了多种抗神经元抗体的LE[2]。
